Pit Rules

  1. Pits area - The area north and west of the fence and extending to the flight line. The flight line is an imaginary line 15 feet in front of the pilot stations and extending indefinitely in both directions, parallel to the runway.
  2. Only pilots and their helpers are permitted in the pits area.

To claim the use of a frequency, the pilot must place a club approved frequency pin on the frequency board corresponding to the radio frequency to be used. The frequency board is a board with the AMA approved frequencies listed and identifies the frequencies in use by the pilot placing their pin on the frequency to be used.
